With extensive knowledge, experience and networks across a broad base of aviation solutions and services, Vimal brings more than 20 years experience in aviation and a track record of delivering successful outcomes and business growth in travel tech, inflight retail, and customer experience solutions for a diverse range of teams and clients, including software development, loyalty, sales, marketing, operations, and services.

Prior to working in his own travel and aviation management consulting business TRACE, Vimal held a number of senior executive leadership positions including Vice President Digital Media Solutions at Global Eagle Entertainment, Executive Director at Inflight Sales Group, and multiple General and senior management roles at Jet Airways (India) and Singapore Airlines.
